Subscription Rewards Subscribers meeting the requirements listed below will be entered the Muse Customer Loyalty Program. Once in the program, we will track the amount of money you spend in our store and for every $100 of purchases, you will receive a $10 Gift Certificate good for use on any of our merchandise. All of the purchases which you make in our store will count toward your Customer Loyalty Program amount, including purchases for new comics, back issues, graphic novels, toys, games, card games, etc! Please Note: Some sale items may not apply to this program. Subscription accounts are pulled for before any new comics issues are placed on the shelf, so in the event of shortages, damaged comics, low-initial orders or missing shipments, our subscribers’ books are filled first. Subscriptions ensure that you will get the books that you want every month, so you don’t need to show up on Wednesday morning just to make sure you get your favorite titles! Subscription Requirements To be eligible for the subscription program, you must subscribe to at least ten on-going titles. Titles which do not come out on a regular schedule will not be considered part of your ten-title minimum, although titles which aren’t regular may be part of your subscription agreement. Your subscription is an agreement that you will pick up and pay for the titles that you subscribe to every month. By signing this form and filling out a subscription pull list, you are creating a legal obligation to pay for all of the books on this list for the duration of your subscription. At our discretion, we may require a deposit on your account equal to the cost of one full month of your subscription. If you default on your account at any time you will forfeit this deposit. Deposits will be returned when your subscription account is closed in good standing, or at a time prior to that which we deem appropriate. We must order all of the comics for subscriptions at least two months before they are released. Therefore: To add a book to your subscription: Fill out an add form. Usually we will be able to start pulling the book for you immediately. In a few cases, it may take up to two issues from the time you sign up for a book for your subscription to start. To drop a book from your subscription: Fill out a drop form. You will be responsible for that title for all of the months that we have ordered it for you. This means that usually you may still have to pick up and pay for a title that you drop for two issues past the one you drop at. You may not take comics out of your subscription file and put them back on the shelf. You must pay for all of the comics in your file by the 20th of each month. If your file is not cleared out after the 20th of each month, we will cancel all future orders for you. You will forfeit the deposit on your account, and you will also forfeit any credit that you have built up in the Muse Customer Loyalty Program. You may mail the payment for what’s in your file by the 20th if you can’t come in, or in singular cases get approval from us before the 20th to extend this deadline. By signing this subscription form, you are agreeing to meet all the subscription requirements listed, pay for and pick up all of the books you order on your subscription, and agree to forfeit your deposit if your account becomes delinquent in any way.
